aSms.world provides virtual phone numbers for SMS verification, messaging, and voice calls. We offer numbers from the United States, Canada, and Mexico on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Violating the privacy or rights of others
• Circumventing security measures of any platform
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may vary based on exchange rates.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• Cancelled numbers may not be recoverable

6. Number Porting

Number porting is subject to carrier approval and regulations. A one-time porting fee of $9.95 USD applies. Porting typically takes 7-14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your current carrier.

7. Service Limitations

Please be aware:

• Some services may not accept virtual numbers for verification
• Emergency services (911) are not available through our numbers
• Service availability may vary by region
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of message delivery, or compatibility with all third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

ABI Conglomerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
